BRAM Technologies at three partner’s stands of NATEXPO 2016

Three major Russian integrators presented solutions of BRAM Technologies company at their booths during NATEXPO exhibition this year. The Company’s specialists demonstrated high-tech hardware and software products for modern TV production and broadcast at stands of Vidau Systems, OKNO-TV and S-Pro Systems.

BRAM Technologies showed the popular line of AutoPlay systems that were created for TV playout automation in SD/HD/UHD formats. The heart of AutoPlay is a built-in system for media distributed storage and search – A-MAM. It provides a multi-user, distributed access to data and operations, manual and/or automatic files deleting, archiving, and moving between the crosspoints of the complex.

One of the key components that can be integrated to AutoPlay is NewsHouse newsroom system. The product was also demonstrated at NATEXPO. NewsHouse helps to organize the entire news production process from news planning to broadcast with manual/automatic control of a video server, prompter, title generator.

AutoPlay provides a multichannel broadcast with control of various studio equipment and 100% redundancy. Within a single schedule, Azimuth videoservers from BRAM Technologies (the base of AutoPlay) allow playback of SD and HD video files (even those which recording, importing or copying to an on-Air server have not finished yet). Along with this, SD, HD and IP channels can be created. The source of scheduled events can be the Azimuth video servers, external lines and VTRs. For each of the main event the following secondary events are available: multi-layered graphics, device control commands, on-Air events recording, teletext and subtitles insertion.

Any system from the AutoPlay product line has an integrated AutoGraph broadcast graphics system. This subsystem helps to generate graphics (as secondary events) in real time.

Video archive can also be built within AutoPlay. Archive subsystem provides storage and search of data on all drives, external media carrier (tapes, DVD disks and other) measurement and movement, as well as automatic interaction with A-MAM LTO libraries.

In addition to AutoPlay and NewsHouse, BRAM Technologies presented new versions of other systems, such as TimeRunner SE system for multichannel recording and slow motion replays of video in SD/HD/UHD format during the live entertainment activities and sports. As a solution for multi-camera video recording in SD/HD/UHD, multi-channel audio and timecode recording the SerialCam system was presented.

The latest development of BRAM Technologies was LiveEdit on-the-fly editing and playout system. It is created for multi-channel ingest, non-linear audio/video editing in on-line mode and playout during live TV broadcast.

BRAM Technologies also showed a range of systems for audio-visual and technical monitoring: ScreenBox – signals monitoring system, AirMonitor – multi-channel control recording system and SystemMonitor – the system for technical monitoring of network services, media and video servers, network equipment and other devices of a broadcasting complex.
