Shukhov Tower has a historical meaning for Russia. The first Russian TV broadcast began from its transponders in early 1939. Times passed by and today the TV center near the Tower is the place for all VGTRK’s TV channels broadcast.
Within the framework of Shabolovka 2.0 exhibitors demonstrated new On-Air TV Complex based on modern Russian components. Exhibiting companies were also provided with several rooms and spaces to present their solutions and hold meetings with potential clients. Moreover, Shabolovka 2.0 was accompanied by conferences and round tables in Congress Room, where exhibitors and visitors could discuss and debate about different challenges facing the industry.
The format of the exhibition attracted the largest Russian broadcasters and representatives of regional TV stations. Visitors were highly interested in broadcast solutions of BRAM Technologies. The main part of the company’s exposition was AutoPlay broadcast automation system installed in the On-Air TV Complex.
Organization of news planning and creation within the newsroom of the Complex was carried out by the NewsHouse system from BRAM Technologies. Here it was possible to follow the main stages of production and news broadcast.
